Graphic Matter Inc. is a uniquely qualified supplier for managers of corporate graphics, communications and marketing departments. Beverly Thomas Rossi, the company’s founder, has professional and management expertise in the four major market segments for graphic design: corporate graphics and communications, boutique design studio, commercial print and print buying. She has been a manager of creative services in all of these environments, with more than 20 years experience with people, project and budget management and as many as 60 direct reports. Ms. Rossi’s expertise, coupled with that of her support team – all veterans in their respective disciplines, has afforded Graphic Matter the 360° view of Creative Services as the corporate buyer, the design consultant, and the print supplier.

We understand how to work within corporate branding guides, procurement protocol and e-commerce applications [i.e. Ariba, Perfect Commerce]. We are equally proficient in both the Macintosh and Windows platforms with over 30 mainstream business and graphics applications -- including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Quark Xpress and Adobe Creative Suite.

A company’s image depends upon the consistent expression of its brand and the quality of its marketing and support materials. Graphic Matter enhances an organization’s identity by ensuring that we design and produce each client-facing communication with the finest craftsmanship and production standards. In addition to traditional marketing collateral, we can create custom templates in your preferred software applications and then instruct your staff on how to edit and maintain them. Our background includes over 10 years in the design and production of large manuals and books, which require a unique understanding of version control, edition and translation management.
