Beverly Thomas Rossi

Founder, Graphic Design, Prepress, Print, Instructional
Design
Beverly Rossi brings 16 years of graphic design and print industry experience
to Graphic Matter, Inc. Rossi demonstrates strong people and project management
skills with proficiency in graphic design, prepress, desktop software
applications, print services, and supplier management. Her experience
includes three start-up companies, three merger/acquisitions, and over
20 years of people and budget management.
Rossi excelled as a manager of a corporate in-house creative department
and in commercial print and design services companies. With nine years
in the corporate consulting environment, she performed the roles of Publishing
Manager, International Corporate Identity Manager, Instructional Designer,
and Instructor. In the commercial design and print arena, she has held
the titles of Graphic Designer, Regional Prepress Manager, Creative Services
Director, and Print Center Manager for companies such as Standard Register,
N.E.C./TSI Graphics, Uarco Impressions and LP Thebault.
As a key member of the management team at Uarco’s NJ “Impressions” center,
Ms Rossi managed 60 people and a 7 million dollar budget. She spearheaded
their efforts, which gave the NJ center the distinction of being the first
of the 10 regional centers to become profitable within 18 months of launch.
Most recently, Rossi served as Engagement Manager for Cirqit, an ASP software
provider, where she directed the client and supplier deployment process.
This role combines the functions of account management, technical sales
support, instructional design and delivery. As project manager for an
e-Procurement initiative with Black & Decker and their 25 print suppliers,
Cirqit was given credit for an impressive 17% cost reduction of their
print spend within the first six months. Black & Decker received an
Aberdeen award for this cost savings and process improvement efforts.
Rossi has been a speaker, panelist and/or presenter at many tradeshows
and events such as The Direct Marketing Association (DMA), Seybold, GraphExpo,
On-Demand, Instructional Systems Association (ISA) Conference, Rutgers
University EMBA program and the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC).
Rossi is an active member of several business associations including the
Business Partnership of Somerset County (the Chamber), where she chairs
the Marketing Communications committee. As a member of National Association
of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), she is the Director of Member Retention
and Recruitment. Rossi is an adjunct instructor for Raritan Valley Community
College and on the Advisory Board for the SBDC - Small Business Development
Center at Raritan. Additionally, Graphic Matter has been certified as
an Authorized Adobe Partner as a Print Solutions Provider, a designation
usually reserved for Commercial Print Centers. Rossi holds a liberal arts
degree from Arcadia University, a BFA in graphic design and a minor in
sociology.

Scherlyn M. Garney

Web Designer, Internet Marketing Specialist
With a graduate degree in Management, and 11 years at AT&T, Garney
worked in the areas of marketing, sales planning, strategy, and customer
satisfaction. Her experiences included development of direct mail programs,
commission offers, advertising, marketing plans, and financial/operational
measurements. Under her management, a national direct marketing program
for Texaco achieved a 15% success rate, very high for this industry. Scherlyn
worked directly with national accounts such as Burger King and Texaco.
Garney is a Webmaster and Web Designer certified through the IWA-International
Webmasters Association. She has a strong business and educational background,
both of which are essential in the development of quality business websites.
Garney’s website credits include ACE Worldwide Moving & Storage, McLoughlin
School of Soccer, Lockwood Music, Your Wedding Your Way, and Keepsake
Family Moments, just to name a few. She has developed business websites
for a diverse range of companies including an Accounting firm, Wedding
services, Classical Music Composer, Locksmith, a Soccer school, a Video
Production company, several Hotel/Motel properties, a Home Inspection
business, and an Insurance Claims Adjustment company.

Jacqueline M. Hasko

Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Prepress & Printing
Jacki Hasko has over 20 years experience in computer graphic design, and video and prepress production. Currently Hasko produces high-end promotional
materials for clients such as Simon & Schuster, McGraw Hill, Dun & Bradstreet and Philips Electronics. Hasko is recognized for her
advanced capabilities in illustration, design, image editing, and digital video, as well as extensive experience in print services and
prepress. She recently designed promotional materials for one client that tripled their revenues within one year.
As Technical Applications and Desktop Production Manager for TSI Graphics, Hasko managed a team of eight prepress operators who electronically produced
21 national magazines for clients such as Hearst, Condè Nast and Ziff Davis. Hasko’s team successfully managed a 300%
increase in workload with no additional staffing. As a manager at Master Eagle, at the dawn of desktop publishing, Hasko spearheaded the efforts
to integrate the Scitex-based production environment with the Macintosh operating system. This initiative provided Master Eagle the competitive
edge in serving the needs of their demanding client base made up of top New York City advertising agencies.
Hasko holds a masters degree in Computer Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, one of the nations renowned Institutes for
Print and Graphic Design technologies.

John M. Kosnik
Web Designer
John Kosnik is an innovative designer. He has successfully created websites for various industries including, Publishing, Medical, and Information Technology. Working
closely with clients that are looking to update their image via an animated web site, John adds sizzle, while keeping the emphasis on the
marketing objectives.
Kosnik has a solid understanding of the technology behind the software to ensure optimum performance and download time on each web site he
creates. He is proficient in a long list of software applications and coding languages, including but not limited to: Adobe Designer Suite,
Macromedia Flash MX and DreamWeaver; HTML, Java, Basic C++ skills, LightWave, Title Motion and Aura. Kosnik is completing his senior year
at East Stroudsburg University, with a major in Media Communications Technologies.

Chrysanthe Longman
Graphic Designer, Project Manager, Instructional Designer
Chrysanthe Longman has over 13 years of experience in the graphic design field, in both the corporate environment and running her own design firm. Her experience ranges from logo design to implementing and maintaining corporate identity programs to design of marketing and training materials. Her client work has involved large, medium and small organization spanning all industries, but especially professional services and retail.
While at Kepner-Tregoe, an international management consulting firm, Longman served as project manager and graphic designer in the development and launch of instructional and marketing materials, as well as the translations of these products in four languages.
Chrys brings strong project and account management skills to Graphic Matter, Inc. Most recently, she developed and implemented file management protocol for patient records at a rapidly growing physician practice serving 1000+ patients. Longman’s accomplishments include the development of processes for file tracking, transfer protocol, and the training of new personnel across three offices.
Chrys holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arcadia University with a major in graphic design.

Instructional Designer, Technical Writer, Professional
Trainer
Claire Smith brings 16 years of instructional design, editorial, and graphic
design experience to Graphic Matter, Inc. Smith demonstrates strong project
management skills with proficiency in writing, business process analysis
and training.
Recently, Smith was contracted by Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) to create a user guide for a Help Desk/ Change Management system. Utilizing her
analytical and technical writing proficiency, she incorporated BMS business processes into a self-study guide utilized by the IT staff. For
Merrill Lynch, she converted classroom-based training to courses delivered on a custom content management system.
Smith previously worked for Kepner-Tregoe, a leading management consulting/training firm. She managed a team of 17 professionals
responsible for supporting over 60 international consulting and sales executives. Her team was responsible for providing a host of
communications support initiatives including design, writing, editing, template creation, presentations and training.
In her 14 years at Kepner-Tregoe, she gained extensive experience managing the design and production of training materials. She wrote
internal documentation, including editorial standards, proposals, and Corporate Identity standards.
Smith has extensive training and experience in people management and human resources. Her expertise in this area lends itself nicely to many instructional design initiatives for corporate clients.
Smith serves as Secretary for the Mid-NJ ASTD chapter board and is attending Mercer County Community College for a training certificate. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from The College of New
Jersey.

Irene Worek
Graphic Designer, Project Manager, Instructional Designer
Irene Worek brings 20 years of graphic design and strong project management experience to Graphic Matter, Inc. With skills including complex project coordination, instructional design and corporate identity development, her contributions to Graphic Matter projects are invaluable.
While at Kepner-Tregoe, an international management & training company, Worek managed the design & production of various core training products, including translations into several languages. As Senior Publishing Coordinator, Worek coordinated product launches consisting of roughly 35 components, most averaging 300-600 pages. Working closely with both the product development and production teams, she helped to determine best usage and most cost effective production methods. Irene garnered extensive experience with corporate identity design, implementation, support and training. And she became a practitioner of the Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving & Decision Making, Analytic Troubleshooting, Project Management and Human Performance Management methods.
Worek designed brochures and advertisements while at Studio Associates and the Princeton Packet.
